	TeleChart Support Utility Advanced support utility to handle various issues with TeleChart.
	Microsoft .Net Framework Version 2.0 (dotnetfx.exe) Link to download Microsoft’s .NET Framework, required for Blocks.
	Windows Installer 3.1 (v2) Link to Microsoft download page for Windows 3.1 Installer version 2. Required to install .NET Framework.
	Blocks Support Utility Utility to send Blocks log files, clear damaged data files, clear damaged program files, or correct corrupt settings.
